* m68k-stub.c:  Remove a few extraneous ANSI-isms.
* remote-nindy.c (nindy_prepare_to_store):  Only fetch regs if
they aren't already there.
* remote-vx.c (vx_prepare_to_store):  Ditto.
* xcoffread.c:  Surround forward struct defns with #ifdef __STDC__.
