Remove Profile Build Dependency (Type B)

There is setting-common. The name is modified to identify one fron another.

- If JIRA-TRE issue was not created yet,
you need to create JIRA-TRE issue when SR-ing this:

  Replace "org.tizen.settting" with "org.tizen.setting-profile_mobile" in mobile profile.
