Use sigsetjmp() in setjmp_t tool if available

* tools/setjmp_t.c (main): Replace jmp_buf, setjmp(), longjmp() to
JMP_BUF, SETJMP(), LONGJMP(), respectively; cast result of SETJMP() to
void type.
