Changed background and panel colors to use Tizen palette colors.

The background and panel colors now pull from the core primary colors
found in the Tizen brand guidelines at:

https://download.tizen.org/misc/Tizen-Brand/01-Guidelines/Tizen-Brand-Guidelines-v2_4.pdf
