Add outermost parentheses to HCE definition

(code refactoring)

* include/private/gc_hdrs.h [COUNT_HDR_CACHE_HITS] (HC_HIT, HC_MISS):
Cast result to void.
* include/private/gc_hdrs.h (HCE): Wrap the whole expression into
parentheses.
