hdmitx: remove a wrong Y422 format judgement [1/1]

Problem:
When connect to a Samsung TV(support 4k60 422 12bit), get a wrong
0 of 'echo 2160p60hz422,12bit > valid_mode'

Solution:
Remove a wrong Y422 format judgement
