linux-yocto/3.8: restore qemumips64 SRCREV

In commit 00e0ec6c [linux-yocto: v3.8.13 and v3.4.46], the qemumips64 SRCREV
was inadvertently dropped. This patch restores the SRCREV and a booting
qemumips64.
