Commit 8fcf0ec44c11f "bnx2x: Add FW 7.13.11.0" added said .bin FW to
linux-firmware; This patch incorporates the FW in the bnx2x driver.
This introduces few FW fixes and the support for Tx VLAN filtering.

Please consider applying it to 'net-next' tree.
