fix a const-related compilation failure in sort.c

* src/sort.c (monthtab): Remove overzealous "const".
Table entries are modified in an #if HAVE_NL_LANGINFO block.
Introduced by 1463824d8e7f72c31f1d803d7cfe2b608ccafc5c.
