Fix obsoletes-thinko in rpmdbProvides()

- dbtag cannot possibly be on obsoletes here, we need to look at deptag
  instead. This thinko in commit 5f1ec21518078e599b2499cf1ff852837ec33df7
  renders that whole commit useless. Doh.
