* vasprintf.c: Check HAVE_STRING_H when including string.h.
(checkit): Delete redundant prototype. Add ATTRIBUTE_PRINTF_1.
Use VA_OPEN, VA_FIXEDARG & VA_CLOSE. Free allocated string.
