alsa: change PLAYBACK_PCM_DEVICE value

New PLAYBACK_PCM_DEVICE value is "hw:1,0".
Starting with version 4.9.39 of the Tizen-rpi3 kernel,
there are two playback devices.
So the default playback device is second.

tizen-audio-impl-pcm.c -> _pcm_open() -> snd_pcm_open(PLAYBACK_PCM_DEVICE)
