anv/gen8: Refactor genX_image_view_init()

Drop the temporary variables for RENDER_SURFACE_STATE's Depth and
RenderTargetViewExtent. Instead, assign them in-place.

This simplifies the next commit, which fixes gen9 cube surfaces.
