pinctrl: gxl: add new group definition for support TEST_N used as i2sout [1/1]

PD#OTT-2745

Problem:
TEST_N used only as gpio, and don't support other function

Solution:
add new group definition for support TEST_N used as i2sout

Verify:
test pass on P212
