Move i386.o to arch/i386.o

This patch changes the build that arch/i386.c is built to arch/i386.o,
instead of i386.o.

gdb:

	* Makefile.in (ALL_TARGET_OBS): Rename i386.o to arch/i386.o.
	* configure.tgt (i386_tobjs): Replace i386.o with arch/i386.o.
