notifying using HCI_NOTIFY_CONN_ADD for SCO connection is generic in
case of mSBC audio. To differntiate SCO air mode introducing
HCI_NOTIFY_ENABLE_SCO_CVSD and HCI_NOTIFY_ENABLE_SCO_TRANSP.
