PR c/68668

	* c-decl.c (grokdeclarator): If ORIG_QUAL_INDIRECT is indirect, use
	TREE_TYPE of ORIG_QUAL_TYPE, otherwise decrement ORIG_QUAL_INDIRECT.

	* gcc.dg/pr68668.c: New test.
