Use DWARF_VMA_FMT to report error

Use DWARF_VMA_FMT to report error to work for both 32-bit and 64-bit
builds.

* dwarf.c (READ_ULEB): Use DWARF_VMA_FMT to report error.
(READ_SLEB): Likewise.
