        deprecated interfaces; use ALPHA_REGISTER_SIZE instead of gdbarch
        macros where appropriate.
        (alpha_register_convert_to_raw): Similarly.  Use unpack_long.
        (alpha_convert_flt_dbl, alpha_convert_dbl_flt): New.
