Use renderbuffer object on bindRenderbuffer call

The test was calling bindRenderbuffer(GL_RENDERBUFFER, m_fbo);

It should be replaced by

    bindRenderbuffer(GL_RENDERBUFFER, m_rbo);

Affects:

KHR-GL45.incomplete_texture_access.sampler
