+g."You" means an individual or entity exercising rights under this License

+SO SUCH EXCLUSION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

+6. Limitation on Liability. EXCEPT TO THE EXTENT REQUIRED BY APPLICABLE LAW,

+8. Miscellaneous
