	* sysdeps/mach/hurd/i386/Makefile [$(subdir) = csu]
	(CFLAGS-initfini.s): New variable, add -DWEAK_GMON_START.
	This does for Hurd/i386 what the 1998-09-08 change did for Linux/i386.
