tpm/tpm_tis: Disable interrupts for TUXEDO InfinityBook S 15/17 Gen7

TUXEDO InfinityBook S 15/17 Gen7 suffers from an IRQ problem on
tpm_tis like a few other laptops.  Add an entry for the workaround.
