[MOVED FROM BAD] Enable/fix up translations for these plugins.

Enable/fix up translations for these plugins.

Add 'ca' to LINGUAS.
* po/POTFILES.in:
* po/POTFILES.skip:
Add more files for translation and more files which tools
should skip.
