Release 5.5.12

This release brings following improvements:

 - livedumper - the utility to create coredumps from live processes
   and its integration

 - dump_systemstate is able to add additional extra output from both
   specified files and programs

 - dbus dependencies are moved from crash-manger core program to separate
   helper programs to improve reliability
