Rename subthread_create to subthreadcreate_test (Makefile)

* tests/tests.am (TESTS, check_PROGRAMS, subthreadcreate_SOURCES,
subthreadcreate_test_LDADD): Rename "subthread_create" to
"subthreadcreate_test" (except for .c file).
* .gitignore: Likewise.
