ld	* testsuite/ld-aarch64/reloc-overflow-bad.d: New test.
	* testsuite/ld-aarch64/reloc-overflow-1.s: New source file.
	* testsuite/ld-aarch64/reloc-overflow-2.s: New source file.
	* testsuite/ld-aarch64/aarch64-elf.exp: Run the new test.
