Update sysfs-class-firmware-attributes with hp-bioscfg information

HP BIOS Configuration driver purpose is to provide a driver supporting
the latest sysfs class firmware attributes framework allowing the user
to change BIOS settings and security solutions on HP Inc.’s commercial
notebooks.
