don't include -enumtypes.[ch] or -marshal.[ch] files in the disted tarball.

don't include -enumtypes.[ch] or -marshal.[ch] files in the disted
tarball.
Also add all *.list files that were missing.
* Makefile.am:
add a distcheck hook to ensure the above doesn't happen again.
