audiolatency: Fix event refcounting bug handling latency events

Fix a refcounting bug introduced in
https://gitlab.freedesktop.org/gstreamer/gstreamer/-/merge_requests/5146
If upstream returns FALSE when processing a latency event, it will
be unreffed an extra time
