temporary fix for build errors

1) ebl_syscall_abi.c:37:64: error: argument 5 of type 'int *' declared
as a pointer [-Werror=array-parameter=]

2) catch.h:6543:33: error: size of array ‘altStackMem’ is not an
integral constant-expression

wip: update version-up with elfutils
