Use PixelData to upload texture.

By using PIXEL_DATA type,
we can use auto-reference controlled PixelData object, and use it.

For the test 800 svg images create ~ latest SwapBuffer call time in Ubuntu
Before : 3850 ms
After : 3381 ms
