mm, thp: hide remap_try_huge_pmd for the THP-disabled kernel

Since remap_try_huge_pmd is dependent on the kernel
configuration CONFIG_TRANSPARENT_HUGEPAGE, it should be
hidden when the kernel configuration is disabled.
