Fixing failing 'smack13_4_*' libsmack tests

[Bug/Feature] Failing 'smack13_4_*' libsmack tests.
[Cause] Not enough privileges for testing suite to access /opt/home/app
[Solution] Set the right access 'x' to 'User' label.
[Verification] Build, install and run tests on smack kernel:
libsmack-test --output=text --regexp='smack13_4_*'
