Remove Profile Build Dependency

Remove Profile Build Dependency

- This is for Tizen 4.0.
  (4.0 Configurability & Building Block prohibits the usage of
  profile macro; the value of "profile" will become "undefined"
  unconditionally.)

- Please create JIRA-TRE issue when SR-ing this:

  - Add webapi-plugins-profile_common for common profile
  - Add webapi-plugins-profile_mobile for mobile profile
  - Add webapi-plugins-profile_wearable for wearable profile
  - Add webapi-plugins-profile_tv for tv profile
  - Add webapi-plugins-profile_ivi for ivi profile
