app-comm-svc: use aul_XXX() API instead of aul_XXX_for_uid() API

When app-comm-svc was system daemon, we used aul_XXX_for_uid().
But now this is changed to user daemon, so we revert it to aul_XXX() API,
because this original API is using getuid() inside it.
