Generic X11: add "xf86-input-evdev" for USB input devices

Without "xf86-input-evdev", hotplugged input devices (such
as USB mouses, keyboards...) will not be recognized.
Moreover, as we do not have "xf86-input-mouse", this means
that without this fix, mouses will never work.
