arm64: dts: amlogic: VIM3/VIM3L/OdroidC4/OdroidN2: Use 256MB ion_cma heap

In amlogic target, drm gem is allocated from ion_cma heap. 128MB size is
not enough, so use 256MB ion_cma heap.
