Fix repo url for emulator target

Fix repo url for emulator target

This is an attempt to get rid of confusing and redundant
/snapshots/tizen/ivi/ivi-emulator/ tree.

Repository needed to create emulator images is under
/snapshots/tizen/ivi/ivi/<snapshot>/repos/emul/

Prerelease emulator image build are failing with this error:
Retrieving repo metadata:
HTTP Error 404 : .../tizen/ivi/ivi-emulator/<snapshot>/repos/emul/ia32/packages/repodata/repomd.xml

Hopefully this change will fix that and allow to get rid of ivi-emulator
