fs/namespace: convert devname allocation to kstrdup_const

fs/namespace: convert devname allocation to kstrdup_const

VFS frequently performs duplication of strings located in read-only memory
section.  Replacing kstrdup by kstrdup_const allows to avoid such
operations.
