dv: fix Buffer overflow in amdolby_vision due to string processing [1/1]

PD#OTT-5058

Problem:
Buffer overflow in amdolby_vision due to string processing

Solution:
add buffer limited when string buffer accepting commands (namely *parm);

Verify:
verified on Raven
