m68hc11.md ("zero_extendsidi2"): Use D_REG only for the scratch register.

* config/m68hc11/m68hc11.md ("zero_extendsidi2"): Use D_REG only for
the scratch register.
("*movhi2_push"): Accept Z_REG because a split pattern can make use
of it, forbid reload to use it.
