dvdnav: remove dvdnav plugin

dvdnav: remove dvdnav plugin

Remove dvdnav plugin, it has no future. resindvd is the plugin to
use for dvd playback. Note that dvdnav was never really enabled
in -ugly, you had to edit configure.ac to get it built.
