pinctrl: Ingenic: Add I2S pins support for Ingenic SoCs.

1.Add I2S pins support for the JZ4780 SoC.
2.Add I2S pins support for the X1000 SoC.
3.Add I2S pins support for the X1500 SoC.
4.Add I2S pins support for the X1830 SoC.
