vhost-vdpa: return -EFAULT on copy_to_user() failure

vhost-vdpa: return -EFAULT on copy_to_user() failure

The copy_to_user() function returns the number of bytes remaining to be
copied.  However, we need to return a negative error code, -EFAULT, to
the user.
