core: Templates for config file

Config file is now generated from one of the templates. This the
equivalent of gconf schemas.
data/Makefile.am diff | blob | history
data/rygel-default.conf [moved from data/rygel.conf with 98% similarity] diff | blob | history
data/rygel-maemo.conf [new file with mode: 0644] blob
