usb: dwc3: Rename .select_dr_mode to .glue_configure

usb: dwc3: Rename .select_dr_mode to .glue_configure

Rename the select_dr_mode callback to glue_configure, the callback is
used for more than enforcing controller mode even on the TI chips, so
change the name to a more generic one. No functional change.
