Set up mappings for new Tizen:Mobile

Set up mappings for new Tizen:Mobile

This is part of bootstrapping new Tizen:Mobile mappings. Project is
forked from Tizen:Common, hence this commit is aligning setting of
Tizen:Mobile with similar Tizen:Common settings.

As Tizen:Mobile is going to use prerelease integration workflow all
mentioning of Tizen:Mobile:build project have been removed, except for
old releases.

Tizen:Mobile:Release was also removed as it's not going to be used.
Instead one project per release will be used (See Q3 Common and M14.3
IVI setup for details)
