Define PSEUDO_ERRVAL, SYSCALL_ERROR_LABEL under all conditions,
INTERNAL_SYSCALL_DECL, INTERNAL_SYSCALL_ERROR_P,
INTERNAL_SYSCALL_ERRNO, INTERNAL_SYSCALL, and undef
JUMPTARGET before use.
[PIC]: Save pic register around syscall.
