s5j/gpio: fix incorrect pinmux configuration on UART3

The gpio pin settings of UART_3_TXD and UART_3_RXD are wrong.

GPP1_6 0x2 = UART_3_RXD
GPP1_7 0x2 = UART_3_TXD
